Virtually nothing was correct. I included a picture of the 5 piece chicken tender box meal I ordered
Update: The tiny chicken sandwich I didn’t order, came on a bun as stale as a week old donut. Horrible.

I sat at the counter for over 5 minutes before being served. I said I wanted an 8 piece bucket, all white meat. The cashier disappeared. Close to 5 minutes later the manager comes to the counter with a bucket. I asked if it was extra crispy and was told they didn't have any. She then disappeared again and came back with a few pieces of extra crispy. This store never had extra crispy.
I don't know if they understand that if customers don't come back, they won't have a job to do.

This store has gone downhill. On a recent trip, an item was left out of my order. I called and the manager said I could come get the item. She was not apologetic or sympathetic.
When I got there, I had to wait for my item. I noticed the floors on the food prep line were dirty.
After I got my item, l left. At no time - on the phone or in person - did anyone say "I'm sorry" for the extra time (and gas) I hsd to waste to get there.

Great experience compared to the terrible Loganville store. Worth the drive from Loganville in comparison! Friendly attentive and helpful, unlike the rude cursing and more expensive Loganville store. Will drive to this store instead!

Friendly employees. Quick service and hot Beyond Nuggets. The dining area was clean but dine in was not allowed. That was due to COVID-19, of course. Employees working in the back looked organized and not cluttered nor messy. I didn't notice any horse play or heavily distracted working. Beverage dispenser appeared well kept. The men's bathroom could have been cleaner. The bathroom brought it down to a 4.

KFC got rid of the grilled chicken I settled for extra crispy but it was so salty smh. It's hard to be on a certain diet when they get rid of the healthier option.
