Taco Casa

We love this taco casa! The food is always great, the lady that works evenings though is extremely rude. She had an attitude with me and my boyfriend but greeted the next guest with the biggest smile. Every time we go there she is always giving us dirty looks, and honestly she just ruins the whole experience. She is not customer service friendly and I think the problem started was when she offered us free tacos for not having what we ordered and she stilled charged us for the tacos so we obviously called management and turns out she is management!

Went to taco casa on 5-6-22 and placed my order. I ordered tacos and beans and the nachos and the person asked me if I wanted the peppers which I asked him to put on the side. When I got home the nachos were just chips with a lot of grated cheese. That wasn’t the nachos I ordered. So I called the store five times on the 6thand7th and never once got a call back. I will never go back there again. It’s sad that the manager at this store could care less about his or her customers. I will let my friends know about this experience. Below is my ticket.

Ive tried this location twice. The first time the mentally challenged drive thru attendant brought me the wrong items and a drink. I sent it back for him to get my meal of 3 tacos. He went back got my meal and returned. I noticed in my Bank Statement he charged me for both meals. Taco Casa rep on the phone wanted to give me food credit for the guys mistake. It's been a few month now and I decide to go thru the dirve for 2 tacos and 2 bean burritos at lunch today. The same mentally challenged male attendant came out with my food. Out of pure meaness guy was squeezing the life out of my meal and handed it to me in a fashon for me to drop it on the ground. I noticed what he was trying to do and saw the look on his face that he was dissapointed i took control of the sack before he prematurely let go. I'll never be back and I've attach photos of what he did to my food.

Very disappointed Price Increase up by about 33-34% over past 18 months & seems that Taco Shells are shrinking (?) and now Friday Specials seem to have now disappeared? I’ve had to cut back on visits for these reasons. Last couple visits experienced people sleeping with heads on tables for entire time I was there (45-60 mins) Yuk make sure to wipe down your tables.

Worst ever. I ordered two tacos at the drive-thru at a time the restaurant was not busy. I paid for my meal at the window and then waited 10 full minutes without being acknowledged. I ended up driving away and getting far better tacos and service at Taqueria Burritos Locos just down the road. I will NEVER go to Taco Casa again.
