I ordered at this location and received no straw so I took the lid off my lemonade only to see this.Everything happens for a reason but why is there a maggot in my drink ,wanted to ask for something else to drink but based off the situation either a health code violation is happening or someone thinks it's funny to drop maggots in people's drinks. I don't think I will be bringing Chick Fil A any business anymore.(not even for the office)

Clean and very fast service, it's the only fast foods I eat once a while if I have no other home made dinner with me. Sometimes it's a little to cold inside and here a TIP: In case the drive through is full loaded - park go in order to takeaway, usually the line inside is nothing. Am out usually after 2 minutes 😅

Drive thru is efficient at taking orders. Entrance is a little non-obvious as you have to enter around the side of the building. Food is great. Grilled or fried chicken sandwiches. Waffle fries. Closed on Sundays.

This location is notoriously busy. The drive thru line often blocks traffic on main road. Arrived about 6pm and drive thru had maybe a dozen cars. They know how to speed up the process and had three folks outside talking orders and two people delivering outside to cars. Process was really quick. Food was tasty and hot.

The food is always good at this location but the parking lot and drive thru is a terrible layout. If you go inside, plan to wait a while for your order during busy hours. During peak lunch and dinner times I’d prefer going somewhere else.

This location seems to have a lot of employees standing around. They have no problem serving their drive thru, but forget about their dine-in customers. There's too many employees laughing and joking at this location. It's almost as if they don't take their job seriously. We've come to expect better of Chick-fil-A over the years. This location needs new management.

I went inside and ordered multiple meals, waited until food was ready took it and drove back home to find that one meal was missing. I live in the same neighbourhood just few miles away. I called and the phone manager would go to voice mail straight. So I called the option to Kettering and ironically the manager answered and would not deliver the missing meal or give refund. The only thing she offered is having similar order when I drive back which I don’t find myself inclined to go there again. I wish I could say that this was an isolated incidence but it happens frequently enough and often I just let go knowing that I won’t get any resolution and I was right, when I called I realized that they do this so often to the extent of having a policy not to hold them accountable when they do it over and over again.

Drive through doesn't seem to check orders very well. Seems the staff is to busy talking to each other. Food is hot and fresh. Just check your order before you pull away
