Very unprofessional this is a three am conversation after I quit. Then when I picked up my check the owner followed me to the car harassing me I told him three times to go away and when I said how many times do I need to tell you to leave me alone he said and I quote I don't know a hundred....... And now because of this post this is his response and actions towards it

The manager was very professional. He had no problem preparing my order for a 20 piece wings. Food was hot, but my issue is the young lady who works the register. I came in and the door bell went off. Was up front waiting for about 7 minutes and another customer comes in and she instantly decide to come up front and greet him first, but you see ME. I politely told her I was here first. Customer Service has totally lost its title.

Ever since each one of the CiCi's Pizza buffet closed around the Pittsburgh area several years ago, the CiCi's in Morgantown WV branch has become our family's "headquarters" for special birthday celebrations and "cravings". You cannot beat the quality and service for the price you pay. You get endless food from the buffet. Plus, if they run out of your specialty pizza, the courteous cooks make it and send it straight from the oven to your table! Warranteed. We dine at exotic/fancy as well as at economic restaurants. We like diversity, something that Pittsburgh doesn't have that much. We don't mind the 90 minute drive to this place, simply because we absolutely love this restaurant!

Cheap and tasty. Seemed under staffed but they were able to keep up with getting food out and on the buffet for people to continue eating. This is my third time here. Masks are now required at all times unless eating and the buffet is now glass protected and served to you from behind the counter, from an employee. Would recommend and will go to again.

Pizza and staff are both fantastic. I personally like to serve myself but given the current situation I totally understand that safety measure have to be in place for this establishment to be open. I am very grateful that they are currently up and running and practicing frequent hand washing as observed by myself of the staff.
