Wendy's

Ordered a breakfast baconator with no cheese sauce. this morning with seasoned fries, large vanilla Frappuccino, and large lemonade, for delivery via the Wendy's app. Driver had to return for the lemonade and while there I told the driver my sandwich was made wrong. This Wendy's lied and said the sandwich was made right but they remade it anyways. This particular Wendy's has the most problems of any other restaurant in all of Grants Pass and everyone complains often about the service. Sometimes they are 100% on point but when they swear the order is made right even when proof is given, it's sad and gives some employees there a bad rap. It also makes the delivery driver look bad and it wastes their time. My pictures show proof. This is one reason I order through the Wendy's app instead of the doordash app. They only get 2 stars cause the order was remade. I will not tolerate being called a liar or having the driver being called a liar.

I just went in the drive thru. We ordered 2 4for4 meals with baonator fries. We get our order it had 2 Jr bacon cheese burgers 2 medium fries and 2 baonator fires. No 4 peicr chicken nuggets. So I called them because you can't walk into the store right now. They expected me to go back through the drive thru and wait another 30 or more minutes. They where to lazy to walk out my items considering it was THEIR mistake. So I said well can I at least get some compensation considering I would have to wait in line again and the lady on the phone hung up on me and refused to answer the phone. I will be speaking to the store Manager tomorrow morning!

We stopped at Wendy's on our way to the Redwoods yesterday. It was the worse service I have ever experienced with any fast food establishment. We had to wait 25 minutes for our food in the lobby. No one told us upfront that the wait would be so long otherwise we would have went elsewhere. Needless to say, I was ticked and upon receiving our food, my order didn't come complete. I didn't say anything because I knew it would take additional time that I didn't have.

This is the only restaurant in town that will not start a door dash or Uber Eats order until the DELIVERY driver arrives. Which means that the customer and the driver have to wait an additional time (usually 5-15 minutes). They are also very poorly run/managed. I tried to call prior to coming to pick up an order and the phone rang and rang, then said "voicemail full". I called 5 times in a row with no answer.

They were closed long before the listed hours...got there at 10:30pm and it was dark and closed. Website and sign on door say 11pm.....so months later and I went back for round 2...the food was hot BUT the chilli had almost NO beef...I mean wheres the beef? cup of beans and a long wait to get em. there star rating went up simply because they were actually open.
