Applebee's

We went on a Friday night and expected a wait, but this was ridiculous. The hostess was extremely rude, telling us that it was a 45 minute wait. We watched 13 tables leave and only 1 table was seated. The hostess said they got too many carry out orders and were not seating people. After an hour we finally got a table, then things improved dramatically. Our server was exceptional, prompt with drinks and food. She even replaced the stale chips from my appetizer. The meal was delicious

I got here at around 5:15 and two families were in front of us. Hostess never even came over to add us to the list. Several other parties came in and the hostess finally showed up 15 minutes later and adds us to the list with a few others. Then promptly seats a family that literally just walked in bypassing all of us who've been there almost 30 minutes. My fiance tried to talk me out of this location and to go somewhere else but I said let's give them a chance. The worst part of the wait was the hostess is stuck on 15-20 minute mode. She kept telling every family coming in 15-20 minutes when most of us had been there nearly 40 and it wasn't even that busy one lady actually said "don't you mean 30-40 minutes" at one point which was extremely accurate. I give credit to that family's children. Through all of the ordeal they were the most well behaved and patient out of all of us. But I digress. Finally we got seated and placed our orders. 40 minutes we waited on our food and when it came out...only the steak and my daughters fries were edible. Broccoli so overcooked it was limp and tasted watery and gross. Mashed potatoes...waaay to over salted plus my daughters chicken tenders were so overcooked they were practically drier than the Gobi Desert. On a whole it will be a long long time before I visit this establishment again. Only thing good about our service was our waitress. She was funny polite and I can tell she was doing her best. Shout out to her

I love Applebee's, but the management is TERRIBLE. I have a family of five and all of our orders took way too long. Others who came in after us were getting their food first. They completely messed up my sister's meal and gave it to someone else, so by the time it arrived, the rest of us were done! Our poor hostess was not treated well and was fired just because she was doing her job. It's ridiculous and unfair. I feel so bad for the staff if that's how they're treated. Treat your employees better and fix the management!

From 40min waits in a restaurant with only 6 tables seated, to having to send my steak back twice. Where to begin? The wait staff stumbled around and ran back and forth seemingly purposely, in the manner a junkie would after a fresh puff on the glass dragon. The mixed drinks were weak at best. As someone that consumes alcohol twice a year at best, spending $20 on mixed drinks that left me completely sober was ridiculous. The appetizers were very tasty and probably the only nice part about our visit. Having our food brought to the table and thrown down in front of whoever at random, by a person who was obviously under the influence of some sort of substance was almost "Karen" worthy. All and all after trying 3 locations and having them all tell us "40 min wait for a table" in an almost empty diner, we settled for the "table" at the bar and will never go back.

I have never had such a terrible experience at any restaurant. We went in asked to be put on the wait list , she didn’t even put us on it. 15 minutes go by we wonder why there was not a text sent confirming we’re on the wait list so we asked and we’re told we were never put on it. We finally get texted to come in, the host was extremely rude. We sat down our waitress was wonderful. 10 minutes later the employees are screaming and fighting 10 feet away from us. Get our food is was absolutely TRASH. Mashed potatoes were cold, we get extra seasoning but it was literally CAKED on our chicken , had to scrape half off to even be able to eat it. Paid and left immediately. Was not worth trying a different meal.

I called about 10 minutes before we arrived and asked the wait time for two, and I was told there was no wait. We show up, the restaurant was basically empty and there were about 10 people waiting. The hostess was extremely rude and didn’t even acknowledge us. I asked for a table for two and was told the wait was an hour or more. Absolutely ridiculous, the restaurant was basically empty and I had called and asked (i verified I called the correct location) and they told me no wait, then I show up ten minutes later and they say it’s an hour? Very frustrated
