This review score is a reflection of the food/meal. This location that I visited last night was on Struggle Street, long delays, employees seemed unsure of what to do. But the Free Birthday sandwich, Smokehouse Brisket made for the Win!!! Moist, tasty, succulent brisket paired with cheese and a Hawaiian King roll? Yes, they have done it! Honestly the best sandwich I have had there in a while!

I had a very large order with special requests and they got everything correct and did do quickly!

Service was extremely slow, their drive-thru speaker was hard to hear and the ladybtakimf orders seemed very impatient.
The food was good, however, the overall experience was lackluster.

When I was there, place was clean, the people professional and pleasant, and the food was good. Things can change, but that was my experience.

We used the drive through, everything was correct the order taker was friendly

Food was quite good and nice and hot!
The cookie I got was ridiculously hard though but when I told the cashier he gladly replaced it with a fresh, gooey, warm one 😊🍪
