We drove from Rifle today to celebrate Mothers day a day late and amongst other things bringing home 2 buckets of chicken was one of them. After reading reviews before going down I was really thinking twice about going there. WELL we did despite of the bad reviews and I was pleasantly surprised. Besides some road construction in that area our stop was very pleasant
Customer service was very good, one 16 peice bucket and one 8 piece was served.very quickly and away we went . I'm glad we didn't go by the reviews this time and tried for ourselves. Thank you KFC employees for making our Mothers day stop a good one..

Had been to the dentist and could not chew so stopped and got a side of mashed potatoes at the drive thru. I didn't check the bag but did ask for napkins and she put some in the bag. I left and stopped down the highway to eat some potatoes. Well no spoon or fork. Don't know what people think.. how do you eat mashed potatoes with no utensils??? Poor service.

Went there April 2nd and when I got my order in the drive up the girl who handed me my bag did not say a word. No thank you or here is your order… absolutely nothing. Very rude and the mashed potato bowls that I ordered had dried up corn and there was barely anything in the bowls. Worst 45.00 I have ever spent, save your money go somewhere else

Was very disappointed with the service & food. The prices are much higher than just a few months ago and the portions are smaller. $20 for 2 people to eat. Only 3 people working there they weren't busy and we were ignored at first. I had always liked KFC & their service but probably won't be back

Love this place but when customers walk in and want to eat & you are getting mad because we sat at a table where you just mopped at......It's 7:30 on a Saturday night People go out to eat Shouldn't feel like we have to rush to eat because they want to go home.

Every time I order at the drive through, something is wrong. My order has never, ever been completely correct the first time around. It's just annoying.

Really enjoyed my visit here, the chicken was great. Would definitely recommend this KFC. Great place to feed my family.
