Will never go back told the lady I couldn't wear a mask medically throws a huge fit. throws my food in the box sloping it all over the other food then snatches the money out of my hands and literally threw my change at my face will definitely be reporting her! Food was also disgusting rice had no flavor and the orange chicken was hard as a rock!

I WOULD GIVE THIS PLACE A NEGATIVE 10. I simply ordered a water and a small fountain drink. I changed my mind last minute on the water because it was the kind I didn’t like and because it was $2. A short lady with short spiked hair with streaks heard me tell my sister “$2 for a water? (keep in mind I was not saying it towards her) then she gets angry trying to cancel my water order which took her a good minute. She then says to me “what? Do you think water is free?” While smirking at me. I told her “ no?...why would you say this to a paying costumer?” She says “sorry” (not being sincere at all) she kept going saying “well water isn’t free” so I said “never mind I’ll take my card back.” She then throws my card at me. I got pretty mad so I told her I wasn’t going there ever again. She says “good!” She was extremely rude the whole time. Every time my family goes to the mall we all go there to eat. I will never go there again or any of my family members either. She needs to be fired or not be cashing people out. And if she is the owner well she shouldn’t treat paying costumers like how I was treated. Very angry and disappointed. 👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼👎🏼

I've never been let down by China Pantry- The staff is very sweet and kind and always polite no matter what! The drinks are a tad expensive but the prices for food isn't too bad- To me it's pay for what you get. I dont mind paying a little bit extra for some good food. I don't know where all these 1-star review costumers came from if you cant see how sweet this business is than you were probably the entitled one needs a little lesson about manners!! :( sucks to be one of them. Thanks China Pantry! keep up the fantastic work! :)

The customer service has been absolutely terrible. I waited while some man had a conversation to another lady who works there and just completely ignored me and went on to rant about the manager. So unprofessional... The food constantly tastes different. It's never consistent. Tonight I had food Togo and it was just horrible. Tasted way off and it had a hair in it!!! I was going to return to get a refund but just decided that I will not eat here anymore... Grand junction really needs a good Chinese spot! 👎
