Ordered a 21 piece bucket over the counter this afternoon , was told 25 minute wait but I wasn't in a hurry , 2 minutes later was told only 14 minutes . Came out of the fryer into the bucket piping hot , put in insulated shopping bag , got home to Spencer ( 1 hour ) and had a feast , as hot as if I'd dined in . One of the best Kentucky fried experiences if had in 45 years , the 🐱 cat had a feed too ,she gives 5 stars

Ordered through the app for me to collect food for myself and coworkers. Waited 25 minutes once I arrived and they missed half of my meal and missed another meal box we had ordered. I have tried calling over 10 times to get the rest of our lunch organised as this was an office lunch and no one will answer. Disgusting service

My husband was charged twice last week for the same meal, they said the eftpos machine was playing up. I ordered here this afternoon, April 3 at the drive thru and was told the same thing and ended up in the same situation, the transactions showed up on my bank statement although it seemed the issue was resolved by the next day (reviewed on April 4) I would suggest to all customers who paid by card at this venue recently to check that they have not been double charged for a meal. I guess next time I'll ask if the eftpos machine is working first because it's such a hassle. 😬😬
