Went in for 2 coffees and they seemed a little frustrated with all the orders but they made it thru it. I have to give them a lot of credit for continuing to come in daily. I wish that they were able to except tips like most others. They deserve to be tipped as most people use the tips to get thru a week. Wish one day they could accept them. The staff works hard and definitely deserves them.

Nice Dunkin, just before you reach mount washington auto roadto get a quick bite to eat and refuel yourself with coffee or tea. Customization as always throw the staff out, better stick to their recipes substitutions may not be a good experience 😑

While the donut was a bit stale, I went today around 4 pm (which is why the donut was a bit stale) and the employee was super friendly and efficient. He was handling a drive through line and customers coming in at the same time. I was in and out quickly with my order!

Ordered on the app, walked up to the drive through window because lobby is locked and closed, got my order, service was pleasant and courteous, order was correct! If you wait in drive thru line it will take awhile, but I was on vacation so no worries!! Thank you to small businesses for working so hard to stay afloat!!!

Best and reasonable coffee/ tea/snacks shop. Great coffee variety (both hot and cold) and flavors. Variety of Donuts available to satisfy the sweet tooth. Hash browns are amazing.you can ask for taste of each flavor before the order. Also offer variety of bakery items like croissant, bagels, muffins, and sandwiches and wraps.

I am always happy when "Jason" serves me at the drive thru because he made me feel welcome because he has a pleasant personality and always happy and kind. Excellent customer service as my order is always right when he is there! He is an excellent example of great hospitality. Even, when it is really busy, he has a smile and kindly speaks to you. Since I moved here from Florida he made Gorham Dunkin Donuts my go to place always! When you are not there, it seems the other employees are stressed when it comes to ordering, you can hear it in their voices. Jason, you are the one whom I think holds that location together!

I was there the beginning of the summer - Excellent employees here. Not only were the employees friendly but they made one of the best iced mocha lattes I've ever had. We also asked for a cup of water for our dogs and the young gentleman working was nice enough to even ask if we wanted ice in it for the pups. Overall I was impressed with how friendly and attentive the employees were at this dunkin donuts compared to other dunks I frequent and lets be honest, I live in New England so I've been to an endless number of dunks locations.
