DO NOT COME HERE AWFUL LOCATION AND ALOT OF HOMELESS OUTSIDE. HOMELESS LAYING ON THE GROUND:( The guy with a hat and a jacket was extremely rude for no good reason to my partner. My partner came out furious he said that the guy yelled at him "YOU CAN GET IT YOURSELF" after he had asked if he could have some taquitos. My partner didnt know it was a self serve type of thing. I dont understand why people work where they have to serve good customer service and they have NO RESPECT FOR CUSTOMERS WHAT SO EVER. If it wasnt for customers many people wouldnt have their jobs in the first place. We usually dont go to that location not only because it can be over crowded in parking lot. Parking is bad going in and out plus theres a bus stop right infront of it. The homeless situation is pretty bad as well. I had even told my partner even before he went in 7 Eleven he should have gone to another location and this is what happened. Im pretty sure he will no longer want to go to this location. He has also told me previous times that theres cops at night only god knows for what type of crimes.

I went in to the store today which is Feb 7 2020 to get some coffee brought my own 711 mug and the employee rose wanted to charge me for a new one when the coffee mug had scratch on the side plus she did not allow me to get some hazelnut milk she wanted to charge me 15cents for each ... so I denied getting the milk and just paid for my coffee I ask to speak to a manager and she said no one was on board. She was very rude no other 7eleven charges for the milk

Went to this location on 2/28 around noon. My husband got off the car and purchased some items while he was in the store our newborn daughter (2 weeks old) got hungry so I got her out of her car seat and proceeded to feed her. He got back in the car and waited for me to finish feeding and changing her, the store clerk then proceeds to come out and tells us to vacate her property and told us that there was a limit to how long we could park there, there was no where on the property that mentioned there was a time limit. She was very rude and off putting with how she asked us to leave the property. We will never go back there again.

This is the first store that I was told to wait to get a pen or pencil to fill out a lottery slip.ok I did wait then hoping to get a pen after he serves the customer.Fu#$%^ SURPRISE. YOU GOT TO GET INTO LINE TO ASK FOR A PEN. That was a wrong approach . Well you do not deserve my business . I won't get my daily coffee. For sure I will miss that fresh brewed coffee.
