Picked up my morning drink, as usual before work. Started driving and realized there’s a bug in my drink. Can’t turn around because I had to COME TO WORK! Absolutely disgusting.

When I left the drive thru my drink felt a little light… well this is why!! Half full coffee!! The foam took up most of the cup, to tell how much coffee was actually in it I had to stir it around….and this is a large that costs $6…. I always regret coming here and once again I gave it a shot but definitely will not go back now. Stay away…pick literally any other coffee place but this location.

Plain latte only 3/4 full. The drive thru worker said it's at normal level. My first and last latte from Dunkin'!

Slowest service I have ever experienced. They lock the doors so no customers can come in because they say they are under staffed. The doors should NOT be locked while business is open. Meanwhile there are 5 employees working. Manger does not know how to run a staff. The drive_thru is only open and is so long you are waiting over 15 mins for a cup of coffee. They lost me as a customer. I'll go down the street and go to Starbucks from now on.

I love their coffee. They have sugar free flavors and sweeteners, a variety of dairy and non-dairy alternatives, and cold foam options. I usually order through the app ahead of time since I make custom drinks. It's my go-to for breakfast - avocado toast and avocado toast with roasted tomatoes are my favorites. Their donuts aren't overly sweet, which I actually prefer. I was so glad when they finally put a Dunkin Donuts in Goldsboro!

Found hair in my muffin sandwich. Called was told no problem they would remake. B told them I had an appt she had to get somewhere quickly. I got all the way back it wasn't made, the people I talked to didn't seem to know what I was talking about, and half the staff had attitude and kept looking at me like I had done something offensive. Was not very pleased with this visit though I do typically enjoy going there

I have tried this Dunkin doughnuts multiple times with multiple disappointments. On multiple occasions they don’t have a number of things on the menu. Also out of regular or skim milk so they charge you more for almond milk.

Can never go wrong with the coffee/ bagels/donuts, all delicious. The only problem I sometimes face is someone who takes the drive in orders can seem very annoyed with the fact that they have a customer.
