Great Wall

I hate to do this but I ordered five egg rolls and the only thing on the inside was bad tasting cabbage. I think it was fried in old oil—tasted like dish soap. I really tried but it wasn’t edible. Horrible. They also didn’t have any won tons or rangoons when I was there. The plain Lo Mein was edible but not good. I feel like I wasted my time and money on this and will look for another option if in the area again. I’ll say that from a previous visit I did enjoy their won ton soup so I’ll recognize that and leave two stars. If you have a restaurant focus on the quality of what you sell.

The Service was Awefull, The Cashier Had A Very Bad Attitude And Frowned When You Spoke To Her. The Food Was Over Cooked. The Rice & Shrimps Were Very Mushy. My Friend Had To Return Her Food.The Food Was Extremely Over Priced For 4 Chicken Wings And 2 Egg Roll Was $11.00 + So We Both Ended Up @ McDonald's

Was good first couple of times but lately the prices went up for less Amounts. I chose to order with my family rather than eating the lunch she packed for me that I really wish I wouldove ate instead. Ingredients taste old and Lo mein is mush. My daughter is by far not picky and she couldn’t go further than one scoop. Chicken was not chicken. Prayers for this place. .

Every time I come here I always have to wait at least 45 minutes for my food, today is 27th January 2022, approximately 1550 hours. Been waiting every since 1500, this'll be the very last time I use this Restaurant. I'm usually a person that likes to give establishments the benefit of the doubt. But after coming to this establishment on more than 3 occasions I'm done. I'll take my business elsewhere.

I recently purchased $130 of food from the Great Wall for 8 guests for a birthday party. We have ordered from there about twice a month for several years. The restaurant has changed hands this past year and the quality of the food has gotten progressively worse. The beef in the beef and broccoli was so fatty it was like slime. The General Tao's chicken was all batter, with chicken pieces the size of a small marble. The lo mein tasted burnt. It was a very disappointing meal. We literally threw out most of it. Needless to say, we are looking for a new Chinese restaurant in this part of town, or driving in to the Laughing Owl more often.

This is the worst restaurant I’ve ever been to. Ordered chicken and broccoli lo mein, the chicken tasted like fat and felt like goo. The broccoli tasted like chemicals. Went back for a refund, as the food made my girlfriend throw up within moments. The lady said no refunds. There was not a “no refund sign” so I stated that she needed one if there are no refunds. Then she threw a ten dollar bill at me, and when I asked for the rest she said no refunds again. I was respectful the entire time, only pointing out the quality of the food and the fact that there wasnt a no refund sign so I stood my ground until she threw another ten dollars at me, and she slung my food onto the floor behind her, leaving a mess everywhere. I still didn’t get the full amount I paid back but considering I wasted 20 minutes there I was ready to go. I used to like it but since the owners changed everything went downhill. 10/10 would not recommend. The lady on the register was childish and not very good with business.

We've given this place a try a couple times. Stopped going as there is a foul odor when entering and the lobby/dining area lacks cleanliness. A lot of tables, chairs, menu board are in very bad shape. Windows appeared greasy. Food is so so. General Tso's typically has more fried breading than chicken.
