Starbucks

I used to work at this location and for the most part its about the same but I've noticed some very clear differences between my time there and now. Don't get me wrong I completely understand how stressful the job is considering I put 5 years of my time into that job but most of the employees here now are some of the rudest people I have ever seen. Like to the point where it amazes me most of them haven't gotten fired yet. Literally the only person who works the drive thru that deserves a promotion is Nathan. He's the only non sarcastic nice person you'll find working the window.

0 stars. I placed an online order. Walked in stood by online orders to wait & a person asked If I was Ginger, I said no then said my name & my order. Said NOTHING ELSE. Then the so called female manager rudely yells across restaurant at me to give them 5 to 10 minutes next time before coming to get my order. I'm like WTH did I do. I did not demand my coffee, did not inquire about my order at all, was simply waiting and had replied to the person behind the counter when addressed. Then when called out on rude behavior, she double downed on her pat rude statement continuing to yell at me. Then she proceeded to give me cold coffee. Rude! Do yourself a favor and go yo the Starbucks in Kroger in Hayes. They have a great cup of coffee AND great customer service!

The staff is usually very nice and sweet, but they are very slow there! I've been going there for over 3 years now only because it's closer to my house. I usually try to go to the Kroger Starbucks in Hayes because they make my drink better there. The Gloucester starbucks never makes my Caramel macchiatio drink correctly. Always taste like it's more milk than coffee in my Caramel macchiato.

I was totally unhappy with my last purchase here. They used little ½&½, mostly milk and topped it off with hot water, NO foam. I ordered a decaf latte-breve. Don't believe it was decaf either. Not enough staff and they are horribly overworked. Will be my last time there...the worst Starbucks ANYWHERE, and I've been to lots all over the US. Sad...

Well just like any Starbucks I would have to say coffee is about the same. But my major advice about this place is even though it says 5:30 AM they are open i would definitely change that to 6AM because of you get there at 5:30 AM the lights might come on for the menu sign but you will definitely sit there and wait till 6AM before anyone answers to take your order.
