Amazing Indian restaurant 😋
Enjoyed three fantastic meals there over the past 5 years. Yesterday we travelled over 100 miles just to eat there. Superb quality food 👌

Such a wide range of unfamiliar dishes on the menu I didn't know what to choose. My fish pakoras were light as a feather and my lamb bhuna ghost was splendid, having asked for it to be not too spicy. The paratha was just right. Enough to take some home as well. Can't wait to come back to try some of the other dishes. The waiting staff were all very helpful and friendly. Prices reasonable too. Love it.

If you fancy authentic Indian food in the middle of Scotland, and you are on your way to St Andrews or Edinburgh or anywhere in that direction, this slight detour is well worth making.

I enjoyed the handi. The starter was superb. Chicken 65. The main naga chicken was nice, iv had better, but it was still nice. No complaints really I'd certainly go again.

Find this via Google after playing golf. Great wee find. Fresh produce, no food colourings, bags of flavour. Staff were great too, very considerate and passionate about their food.

First time at Handi, and I had a lovely time. Celebrating my dad's new job and the food was bursting with flavour and spice. The atmosphere in the restaurant was lovely. Most polite and tentative service. Would highly recommend a visit.

Top Authentic Indian restaurant
We travel all the way from Edinburgh to enjoy Indian food at Handi.
We love their authentic and traditional cooking, kids really enjoyed their food and desserts.
I personally recommend trying murgh malai chicken, the best. Naan and gravy are really good and freshly prepared. Their beer and wine selection was very good.
Staffs were friendly and helpful.
Worth travelling to Glenrothes to enjoy this food.

Excellent food and excellent service from the waiters, very attentive. Food was brought out quickly and hot. With a free appetizer when we sat down. A choice of good desserts too. Normal price for a good Indian, and the decor and atmosphere were good. Would definitely recommend.
