Pizza Studio

The thin crust pizza was hot and fresh and made very quickly. The ingredients were fresh and delicious, but the pizzas were not cut very evenly (some slices were huge while some were tiny). The staff was friendly, but we did end up getting 3 pizzas when we thought we were only ordering 2. It's mostly okay though, because they were good. They have local art hanging on the wall.

We had a very nice lunch here. The amount of toppings to choose from was great. Everything was fresh, and were not afraid to load it in if you wanted them too. They have some recipes for suggestions, or u can just wing it. Flavors were very good. Crust was done and crisp with a nice flavor. We will definitely be back!!

Very friendly and personable staff. Not usually much of a line to wait in, and pizzas cook super fast. Has a bit of a no-frills/simple atmosphere. Pizza crust options are one of their schticks. I definitely recommend this place to eat! Took one star off because the soda fountain needed cleaning (had some specs in my beverage, which is not uncommon many places, but is undesirable).

Very poor experience. The crust was literally swimming in grease. (See the photo) I, and this is no exaggeration, actually used 8 knapkins to wipe my hands and mouth. The pizza came out of the oven "well done" and then sat there for 5 minutes while the pizza maker hung out in back, I'm assuming texting or surfing on his phone. There was literally not a single other person in the store and I had to stand and wait for the pizza that was just sitting there. See video and photos. As for the environment, the exhaust fans are so loud you can't hear the person sitting across the table from you. I was surprised at how small the pizza was. See the photo. It measures about 8" across and there's almost no cheese. As I mentioned, it's way over cooked. The crust is nearly black in some places. The food is also not cheap. I paid over $12 for one pizza and a fountain drink. I could have bought twice as much food at Toppers and had it delivered. Lesson learned. One other thing: the pizza maker was wearing gloves - cool. However he wore the same gloves while making the pizza, taking money, adjusting his pants, playing with his phone, and while he went outside (touching the door handles in the process), rendering the cleanliness of the gloves totally moot. This place needs some serious management. Maybe it's one of those corporate stores where there is no owner who cares about his/her business, or maybe it's managed by 16 year olds that don't care. Do yourself a favor and go visit Dr. Dawg next door.
