Today was my first and last day in 5 guys burger …… Burger was ok french fries 🍟 was bad . Was just in bag not cup or plate weird. For me 45$ for 2 burger and 2 milkshakes very expensive!!!!

Customer service is adequate; not amazing, but not bad either. Food is usually good, but pricey. A Bacon Burger and Regular-Sized French Fries costs over $20 here, which is about 8-bucks higher than it should be. Pick up area needed wiped down, but kitchen appeared clean otherwise. This is a mall location, so seating can be a challenge, and there’s often a long line. This location could certainly use a few extra staffers.

Five guys is a good burger joint. They make a delicious burger with very generous helpings of fries - you can’t really go wrong with that. It’s a hard comparison to make with In-N-Out because they both taste different an offer a different meal experience.

There was only one person working during lunch. He’s the cashier, order taker, cook, and handled all the orders. He was friendly prompt most courteous. Thank you for such an amazing service.

After looking for prices at JC Penneys for Graduation Portraits it was time to eat.
Forgot there is a Five Guys at the Galleria.
Had to taste the Twice Fried Fries. Yum.
Hot and Crunchy. Tasted the fries first by itself then had it with my Catsup Mustard Mix. More Yum. Purchased the Regular and received more in the Bag with my Cheeseburger. Did not order bacon yet so I can taste the meat. Very tasty and juicy. My toppings were Mayo, lettuce, mustard and Grilled Mushrooms.
Fast and Friendly Service. Servers double check and asked if my order was correct.

I got cheeseburger. Meat was great but why there is no vegetables? Is that suppose to be like that? Cause noone asked my about vegetables I want. And I paid for it $11 lol
