5 star for - The experience there is always a delight! The girls that work there are usually really friendly and helpful.
2 star for- Just one issue.. I’ve noticed that whenever I order something that needs to be toasted.. there’s always a smell and taste of burnt or Smokiness(not in a good way) on the bread. Sometimes I can eat it and I’m like whatever but sometimes it’s a really strong smell/taste and I end up throwing away what I just paid for 🥲

Some how this place went from a super quick drive thru in the morning to super slow. The staff is awesome and great to deal with but not sure what happened. If your not in a rush and want great coffee swing by but give yourself some extra time to wait for the food.

Went today for the first time in over a year. Was looking forward to the heart shaped donuts….they even have them pictured on the menu board. I was shocked to see the price was $21 for a dozen donuts. I was even more disappointed when I got home and opened the box to see they were small and round. Not even heart shaped. Somebody dropped the ball. Needless to say I will not be returning to dunking donuts!

Very bad manners from the young boy working on Easter sunday. I ordered a large coffee. That's exactly what I asked for. They served me a large ice coffee. So I simply asked for what I ordered. Himself and another female got so aggravated and completely rude! Instead they should have just said I am sorry let me fix that for you. Dunkin should retrain them both. I was overcharged and they would not come back to the window to give me back the price difference. Dunkin Donuts DO BETTER!

This is the best Duncan in America!!! The manager Michelle is such an awesome, and remarkable Lady, and Yadira with that bright smile keeps my day going!! As long as they work there, I'll always be there.

I go here everyday for coffee and random food items. I will say that of any Dunkin shops I’ve been to, this is the best by far. The girls who work there are very efficient and kind. They never mess up an order and the lines are so long every morning it’s hard to imagine. I would usually always go to McDonald’s but those idiots would always screw up my order so I would just go here and I definitely will keep doing that. 10/10!

Horribly slow drive thru. Friendly service, great coffee and good tasting egg, bacon & cheese wraps. But the drive is so slow I'll probably go somewhere else if I'm in a hurry. Most dunkin's aren't this slow....

It's a 4 and not a 5 because I ordered a croissant with egg, sausage and cheese, and they only gave me cheese and egg, no sausage. But I love it anyways
