Panda Express

Update 10/2 In my recent visit to other Pandas, I realized this is the most modern Panda franchise that I've ever seen. Therfore I'm pumping it back up to full 5 stars. We placed order last week through the online app from Mobile Tuesday, and the pickup was easy. People here are nice, especially the Asian guy who is always friendly to greet everyone. He is very responsible and tried to look up my "missing order". In reality, it was because my sister put it under a different name. But I appreciated his efforts! It makes you feel that they care about the customers. Old Review: Believe it or not, being a Chinese, the Panda Express is my favorite to go place in the suburbs. I really like their Kung Pao Chicken, and a variety of dishes to choose from. It's pretty decent quality food. I even bought a few dishes for my birthday one year. They used to have some service problem, but seemed to have improved. They have a charity box for children's hospital at checkout. If you have a few dollars to donate for a good cause, it's quite convenient.

The food was outstandingly delicious and plentiful. We walked in for to go service. The atmosphere was unfortunately not as positive as could be, due to not an empty table being cleaned for use. The bathroom also was not favorable to use, simply needed a good cleaning due to bad customers. More than likely this was due to being understaffed and busy, as I stated the food was wonderful.

I enjoy the food, but quite often they will be out as many of their signature dishes and especially the special flavor for that month. These are quite often completely out of stock and very early in the day, it seems that deliveries are often missed over at this location. I feel bad for the poor staff who are constantly there, with too few employees to handle the crowds, and having to deal with having no supplies either. They do a great job though and are always nice.
