Worst KFC I've been to. Waited about 20 minutes for our food, which turned out to be gross to the point where we both lost our appetites when it arrived. Employees were rude and the restaurant was filthy; the food pictured sat on the tables for our entire 45-minute visit. We will absolutely not be back to this location.

Waited 10 minutes to order in the store with nobody in line. Waited 10 minutes for food to be served. At least one other patron waited, got fed up, and left before ordering. I ordered a combination of chicken strips and fish - both breaded the same way and served together so I couldn't tell which was which without taking a bite. Mac 'n cheese side looked to have been sitting for ages. The staff was polite and understanding, but the experience was just horrible for a customer.

I greatly dislike leaving low reviews, and tried to overlook many things, but today was just a disaster of a visit. When we arrived we were told that chicken would be 20 minutes and fish 10 minutes. Not much of a fast food setup is it? We chose the fish and it took about 10 minutes. Unfortunately it was oversaturated with grease and I have felt nauseated every since eating what we could muster down. This in itself would earn a star or 2 deduction but it gets worse. There was a pool of water in front of the drink station that was never cleaned up and no condiments to be found. This would usually cause another 1/2 to maybe 1 star but it gets worse. The cashier proceeded to talk, to whom I would presume was the manager into his headset, about why hasn't someone shot the president yet, how to get state benefits and manipulate the system, slavery and how mad a certain political party is, how bad and evil they and their people are and how it's their turn to burn. This continually escalating conversation he was having in his headset to someone continued for over 10 minutes as he walked around the dining room and wiped off tables. And, mind you, in a voice that could be heard across the dining room floor. I gave things one more chance to be redeemed by making a point of walking by the front counter and smiling and wishing them a Merry Christmas. What I got was a snear and not so much as a have a nice day or you too. The food, lack of basic food accoutrements and employee conversation made for one of the worst and least enjoyable dining experiences I have ever experienced. I would think political and controversial banter in the dining room, no matter the party or idea, should be avoided as most people just seek a peaceful meal. I checked with my daughter to see if I was misreading it and after her confirmations as well as my last attempt at politeness falling short, I felt I must write this review. 3 quick fixes I would recommend: 1) condiments, 2) less oil and 3) less inappropriate and divisive discussions in front of customers!

This store has become a horrible place. As soon as we walked in right at lunch, they said they were out of potato wedges and Mac and cheese. I waited 20 mins for our food and the chicken was cold and the batter was gooey on the inside. The worst part is me and a couple of other people watched others come in and get there orders long before we did. It was a HUGE waist of well earned money. I will never go there again.

Went in the other day at lunchtime. About 12:15. They had one cook and two people to cover drive through and counter. Also had no change. No one to go to the bank. I got $3.00 in quarters. After getting my order there were 8 construction workers in line behind me. Those poor servers were working as fast as they could. Don’t know how they handled those behind me. But that time of day, with no servers and no change. I really felt sorry for them.

Waited over 20 minutes for a drive thru order, then they gave us the wrong food. After we had gotten back to the hotel, found out there were forks or spoons for our cole slaw and mashed potatoes and that they didn't include the cookie that's supposed to come with a $5 Fill-up. Chicken was way overcooked and dark brown. It's a good thing we're traveling through because we'll never eat here again.

normally don't take the time to write reviews but the service at this place was terrible. I ordered my food no problem. I paid for the food a was told to pull forward with no reason given??? Then I proceeded to wait 15 minutes until I decided to get out of my car and go inside and then miraculously my food was ready. Not the slightest apology we appreciate your patience sorry for the wait NOTHING!! I don't typically go to KFC anyway but today I was reminded why. You are better off going somewhere else paying less and get better service
