Very clean, quiet (on a Saturday morning no less) and mucho comfortable - delicious Italian biscotti (new supplier) and a very handy restroom. Great location for the obligatory shopping trip - and delicius coffee/hot chocolate - come here beat the Starbucks/Costa queues.

Delicious hot coffee, made just the way I ask for it and the best "stirry" sticks in chain cafés, long enough so you don't burn your fingers/get covered in foam and strong enough that a decent stir, for those of us with the audacity to still use sugar, that it doesn't immediately snap in two. :-/
Tried the pancetta/sausage roll, very tasty 😋

Staff are lovely, coffee is overpriced but it's to be expected with this type of establishment. Would appreciate more vegan cake/cookie options. You usually don't have to wait very long to get your drink and the quality of coffee is better than Starbucks/Costa.
