Went for the first time today 3/1/20. It won’t be the last time. Can’t believe we have this fabulous restaurant on our corner. First of all the staff are lovely and can’t do enough for you. The food is amazing and they give you a bit of time between courses. I hate it when your food is brought out as soon as you finish one course. I had my Special Needs Daughter with me and my husband and they were so great with her. There was an older gentleman there and he was amazing with her. He even gave her a sweet free of charge. It is a family run and family orientated restaurant. Prices were good too. I would definitely recommend this restaurant and me, my daughter and husband will definitely be regulars. Thanks Leonardos.I am reviewing this restaurant for take away 5/8/23. I honestly love this restaurant but I have to say a few times now when we have ordered a home delivery we are always short of an item. Tonight it was a mushroom starter. Don’t get me wrong everything we did get was lovely but when you are spending £50+ on a take away you expect to get everything you ordered. I am really disappointed and think I will order from else where in future and to be honest it is actually putting me off going back to the restaurant. Which is so unfortunate because we don’t go to many restaurants because of my daughter and this is always a favourite. As far as take away is concerned at most it is 3 stars!

Tried this restaurant for the 2nd time last night 1st time being several years ago. Very glad I gave it another try, food was lovely as was the wine. Very relaxed atmosphere we were last to leave but at no point did we feel rushed. I’ve seen some comments about service ours was good and it was a relief not to be asked repeatedly if everything was ok, staff were on hand when we needed anything without being pushy. I’ll be back

We ate at Leonardos for the first time last night. Right away we were greeted by friendly attentive staff who were very busy but still made time making us feel welcome. We enjoyed an ambient relaxed atmosphere which was a pleasure to dine in. The food was absolutely fantastic, not to mention the wine, we had both rosè and red which were excellent. Think we have found our new Italian.

Used the take away option today. Trying to tempt my parents appetite after they've been unwell. So we tried three of the starters for a light lunch. Bruschetta, prosciutto and melon and some chicken liver pate with garlic bread and cranberry for us all to share. All the food tasted delicious and would definitely recommend on taste. However, slight disappointment with only one small piece of garlic bread to go with the pate. Staff are lovely and friendly and when I popped in to pick it up, there was a lovely atmosphere.
