I had breakfast here. Just walked down and it was very easy to locate. I was greeted by the owner.
Sat down and looked at the menu. I ordered the full breakfast without the back pudding, I ordered extra eggs instead with mint tea.
Food came quite fast, since I was hungry. It was nicely done. I ate everything and asked for water.
I would definitely recommend here to anyone that wants a breakfast meal.

Customer service was brilliant, food was tasty and the owner went out of his way to purchase oat milk for us. 10/10 will definitely come again. Food was piping hot and delicious. Highly recommend.

We had Fish Tea and Lentil Soup.. both of which were lovely. The former comprises breaded fish, fries, mushy peas and tea. The prices are low and the staff are very helpful and chatty.

Staff very friendly and efficient. We all had lentil soup - which was really tasty and served with nice fresh rolls. Very reasonably priced. Would have liked a coffee and cake afterwards - but not much selection to choose from (although extensive savoury menu). Was pretty quiet when we were in, but worthy of a visit and definitely deserves to be busier.

Old style greasy spoon. The owner still let's customers smoke at their table. It's like something out of an old episode of The Sweeney. Brilliant cafe. Highly recommend

Brilliant small cafe that serves excellent breakfasts and great rolls. Been here for years and the staff seem to know everyone with loads of customers being regulars. The prices are excellent and the food is great. The staff are polite and well mannered and nothing is too much terrible. It's also good to hear them laughing and joking with the regulars and gives it that more friendly feel.
