Burger King

Going through the drive through and eating on the go can be a challenge. Everyone places their order then drives up to the pay window. You pay and get your food. And most just simply drive away... congratulations you're now playing Russian roulette with Burger king. Did they get your order right? If not do you just except and eat it or do you go back? We got two meals. The bag was initially missing a burger. The fish sandwich (not recommended) was ordered with no pickle and I added cheese... what I got was a piece of old dry fish with pickle and lettuce and no cheese. They fries had way to much salt. I only gave 3 stars because. The only thing that we got that I thought was good was the jalapeno cheese bites. The burger meal was good, my husband said. Highly recommended to check your order before u drive away.. I have worked in fast food years ago. They were not busy. So just how hard is it to get the order right. 🙄

This location has the WORSTTTTTT customer service. A couple of the employees including the manager are so freaking rude. They also don't acknowledge doordash drivers when they come in for pick ups. They are extremely rude to them for no reason and have been heard talking about them right at the counter as well. You will wait forever in the drive thru and maybe your order will be right. I'd give them a zero if it were an option. Shame on u guys

When we went here to eat they told us we could not dine in because it was too close to the dining room closing time which was in 15 minutes but we could order inside. We ordered, got our drinks and briefly checked our order because we were reminded they would have to kick us out if it hit the dining room closing time, returned to the car with our food only to realize we were missing fries but the door was locked, I tried to call but no one was answering the phone and we have kids who were trying to eat in the car so I walked over to the window which I was scolded for by the employee who was not concerned with our order being messed up but that corporate would be mad if she handed food in this way. When I returned to my car to eat my food it wasn’t what I ordered but frustrated enough at this point we just left. We used to drive out of our way to go to this Burger King but we will dine elsewhere from now on unfortunately.
