Only ordered chips and they were undercooked, cold and soggy by the time I got home. As I live 2 minutes around the corner this was very disappointing. Won't be back as second bad experience here.

Never seem to ever get a line through to this shop. Always rings out, no matter what time or day called. No hold option either. Rather irritating and it certainly lowers my expectations of their customer service quality

They heat everything up in the Microwave before cooling it. Yes including your chips your thinking is fresh! Close ya store! Pathetic for a local. Disgusting

Over trying to phone orders through.Food is great, service ? What service.They never answer the phone. I have tried to phone orders through multiple times it always rings out or goes to answering machine no matter what time you call then by the time you drive to place order you have to wait usually 30min plus before actually receiving order. I like to pre place so as not to have to wait and this is never the case here.Sorry but they have lost my business.

Thought I'd try as the other place recommended here in Gladstone was shutting at 7pm on this Friday which gives bit of a clue just how busy they are. Found the fish very nice and fresh but the 45 min wait, soggy chips and price let the place down too the stage I'll give it a miss from now on.
