We eat Indian on out of towns trips & always rate them against Tamarind of Gisborne. None so far have come close!
Tamarind are a gem of Gisborne dining. The wonderful flavours, value & friendly service will always rate them as our favorite family restaurant.

We ordered takeaway and the food was delicious!! Driver was really polite and they gave us complimentary poppadoms and extra naan. Definitely recommend!

Customer service was amazing and the gentleman serving was extra helpful and patient with us. First time eating at Tamarind and I was not disappointed at all, food was delicious and the meal combo was the perfect amount for me.
