We were going back to SF from and exhausting hike and lucky this place was one on 4th of July, so we did not needed to starve 😋 Jokes aside all meats are on point, tri~trip is on the firmer side, just the way I like it. But the king of the meats was pulled pork 🤯 topped with the vinegar sauce 😍 Pork ribs and brisket were hanging in there deliciously. Good potato salad, but Cole slaw on a weaker side. Whom I’m kidding, you don’t go to BBQ for salad. Lovely and fast service, don’t forget to take home some.

It was a really good experience! The staff is friendly and the food is served really fast! The amount of food is ok for the price, and it was awesome! We ordered a 3 Meat Combo (brisket, pulled pork and ribs) and a garden salad! You have bbq sauce (mild and spicy) to have how much you wanted! The place is well organized and very nice!

This was our first time trying this place after passing by so many times. We were blown away by the customer service and the food. One of the owners was kind to recommend a couple of beers and they paired beautifully with the food. We all had the 2 combo meal. The brisket and the trip tip was flavorful. The sides were excellent and not too filling. The spicy barbecue sauce was great to add to the meats. Overall loved this place and can't wait to go back again. Highly recommend!

A lot to choose from, I tried the brisket it was okay, A little dry but hey I come from Texas and bar-b-q is a religious experience out there. The corn bread was flat but okay. Potato salad was good. The price was fair. The service was good. The establishment is nice and country like. Not my favorite bbq but I'll definitely visit again to try more from the menu. I recommend it overall. The bread pudding was dry dry, and not that good so maybe don't choose that.. Oh and the sauce was on point, nice...

I stopped here as I needed to stretch my legs before continuing my drive. I didn't expect much as I had just pulled over to the first restaurant I saw. However, I was completely blown away by the food. I ordered the gaucho sandwich, which is brisket and chimichurri on garlic bread (everything in Gilroy must have garlic incorporated). The brisket was the best brisket I've had in many years, even better than some of the top places I went to in Central Texas. Maybe I got their best batch they've ever made, but my gosh it was heavenly.

The two stars are for the outdoor patio and the friendly staff. Three of us here from out of town looking for some good BBQ and saw that this place got a 4.4 star rating. Gave it a try and now I'm not sure how in the world it's getting such a high rating. The brisket was dry, chopped and very little flavor...might as well have been lower quality chopped beef. My buddy's ribs were not great and he was pretty disappointed. One clue at a BBQ joint is if you have to hide your ribs with sticky, gooey sauce on them when you serve them, they must not be all that great to begin with. It was true in this instance. Pulled pork sandwich was okay but, you know, if you can't make decent pulled port you should give up. My daughter said it was fine but I noticed she only ate half of it. Sides we had were beans (just okay), potato salad (not good), mac and cheese (fine), and the texas toast was good. So, in review, the toast was good and not much else worth coming here for. Sorry.
