I ordered no sour cream. This is every order now. I don’t know what has changed but this restaurant needs training for the entire staff.. Going down hill fast..

The new Supreme Meat sandwich was a huge disappointment. It didn't have very much meet. The sandwich cost me $15.99 to which I didn't know until I paid. The sunlight made it difficult to see the order board very well. We've always enjoyed the food at the Gilmer location. My rating is based purely on the sandwich as the person who checked me out was extremely nice.

I ordered 3 foot long subs the bread was so hard asked for deluxe on all 3 of them and they're wasnt at all. Was missing half the vegetables one was supposed to be toasted and it wasn't. This is the third time my orders haven't been correct. Subway needs to train the employees correctly or I will no longer be coming to gilmer for my subs

Well went here the other day and the subs were absolutely horrible so the manager Deborah sent me a message and apologized and we came into the store today and had all 3 subs redone on them. Thank you so much 🥰

Never had any issues with service or the food, but doesn't seem very sanitary. Saw someone come from back of house to up front without gloves and didn't wash hands to make food.

Good selection, food was good, service was slow not to fault the girl working the counter, but she was pretty much doing everything and doing the best she could

The service was okay but they're way too expensive now I won't go again can't handle the prices I could have had chicken next door for $35 I spent $25 for 2 ft long sandwiches

First time I've ever been here in Gilmer, and I wish longview had one so nice. The sandwich was perfect, very fresh. They were very nice and quick. Thank you!
