Really great food and atmosphere. The only negative is that recently my mains have contained little chicken. E.g. Chicken Tikka Lasani was excellent but was mostly onion with just a few pieces of chicken. Come on Zaffran you can do better please.

Tuesday evening catching up with friends was a lovely friendly atmosphere, service was very good and food was delicious - will definitely go back.

The food is really nice and elegant. The staff are very polite and friendly. The restaurant is clean and fresh. There is plenty of parking. There is also a good pub nearby.

Will definitely be ordering from you again...i phoned to see how long for delivery and was told an hour!!...5 mins later they rung me back and said we can do deliver now in half hour 😀...great service , lovely food thank you so much

The staff are phenomenal and the room service is like clockwork 24/7. I stayed in a deluxe room for two days with my mum and was greeted with a lovely romantic swan on the bed as well as rose petals. The champagne was complimentary and I was also provided with personalised champagne glasses. I felt as if I was sleeping in the clouds. Outstanding stay and for a budget price. I will be visiting this hotel very soon again! x

Contemporary setting. Usual choice of dishes plus extra signature dishes. Food was very tasty and we'll presented, staff were polite and helpful. Will definitely visit again
