This Starbucks was clean and efficient. The staff wasn't overly friendly, but were professional.
Our drinks didn't take that long despite a steady stream of drive-thru orders (we walked in) and the coffee was yummy.

Great customer service! I lost my credit card, they found it and saved it for me in their safe until I was able to pick it up 🥰 I highly recommend 👌 plus their coffee and pastries are hot, fresh, and delicious!

I got a pink drink from this location and the coconut milk was curdled by the time I left. I tried mixing it and tried it but I was not good. I even got a trenta because I never had a problem with it before but now that was a waste of my money.

Ordered a pumpkin spice latte 🎃 'Tis the season!
The first drink that came out was an iced pumpkin nitro brew. The second that came out was a pumpkin spice that was only 3/4 of the way full and the third one wasn't filled to the top either. Not sure why they are giving 12oz instead of the 16oz you normally expect from a grande.
Thought I would share photos of the drinks (see attached) so you can understand what happened. They did attempt to make this right but even the last drink (far left) was not filled to the top. This experience is why I gave 4 stars instead of something lower but I thought it might be of interest to management and customers alike.
Side note - The inside cafe is closed and Starbucks is only accepting mobile or drive through orders. To be fair, the drive through was overflowing full. I imagine this situation would have been very difficult to rectify if we had gone through the drive through.

I love to go to this Starbucks on the outskirts of Gettysburg. The employees are so nice and usually when you go during the day there isn't a long line for the drive thru. On Saturdays and Sundays though it is super crazy so expect to wait in the long drive thru line if you decide to stay in your car to order. It is easy to spot when you are on route 30 and also not far off of route 15 so you can grab a coffee without going to far into Gettysburg. The Starbucks is located in the shopping center right near Burger King and across from Michael's. I also prefer this Starbucks better than the one in the town of Gettysburg because the one in town sometimes gets too crowded and it is hard to find parking near that Starbucks in town.

Every-time I order the same thing. The staff is friendly, but every-time I receive my order my drink always tastes different sometimes really good and sometimes just like water slush.

Excellent service and helpful staff. Unfortunately, the muffins, scones, cookies and pastries were practically sold out by 3 pm. Also, the restroom door and even toilet flush lever are too heavy/difficult for a senior citizen (my mom) to operate.

BEST STARBUCKS EVER! The people are so friendly and so awesome! there's not usually a long wait in the drive through (unless the tourists are in town) and they are worth the wait if there is! I went in for my birthday(and didn't even know I could get a free drink) and the barista with the cool golden circular glasses let me know about my free drink and I ended up leaving with my favorite drink(made amazingly)and one for later too! Made my day perfect!!!!(I love coffee a little to much) Definitely recommend them above any other ♥️
