Panera Bread

This is our go-to for any out to eat meal. We love Panera no matter where we get it but we are so thrilled this one is right by our home. In the past they have had issues with Staffing and coordination so it would often take 20 min to get your food. Thankfully, they seem to have better management/organization these days.

I love Panera. This location is the one closest to my house, so my husband and I come between once or twice a week. We usually grab breakfast, mostly to go. The food is always good. I am give four stars because the ice coffee is sometimes out and the service is not always great. We have two issues with the service. Sometimes the cashier didn’t seem to know the food that was offered. When you read word for word on the board what you want, it shouldn’t be a confusing to the cashier. Also, when we do to go food, the food is not on the pick up shelf (after you get the notification that the food is ready). In the mornings, the lines can be long. So having to wait in line, only to find out that your food is sitting in a bag behind the cashier for over 10 minutes is a little frustrating.

Solid experience at this location. We ordered on the app; our food came out about 15 minutes later (longer than estimated) but once we got it, all was good. Pizza was hot and tasty, salads were fresh and they didn't skimp on any ingredients. There's a big main seating area, with two smaller areas by the entrance and side exit. Some outdoor seating too.
