6/17 6:54 Worst Service Ever!!! Manager George hung up on me when I called. I went through drive through order 4 apple pies the young lady put on screen 2 I corrected her said there’s two on screen she there’s. I said ok. I paid $5.98 told her keep the change got the pies from a nice young man looked in bag there was two I told I order 4 they were gonna give me 2 free I said no I’ll pay realizing I forgot my card I said I’ll b back which is only a 10 sec walk to get young man said no problem get come back here. I got drove around called George picked up I said hello is this is lady with that order the pies am here where did u want me to go. He said my lobby is locked I said the young man said Pull back up your gonna have to pull in lane I said that line is almost to beginning of drive way sir he hung up. I called back I said that was rude I never once raised my voice, cussed so why hang up because I thought you hung up I was still talking to you. You heard me talking to you. I said what customer do you know when you make a mistake offer and u wanna give them something free the customer still wants to pay for it and they never disrespected you. None!! George needs to retrained not all people are gonna scream at you!!

The customer service and concern of the server were very real and sincere. I wish them the best in their future. But the inability of the 2 managers to address a technical issue with using a McDonald's gift card "authorizer not available" left me having to use "another payment method" called cash because they didn't know what that error meant. Needless to say Wendy's is across the street. Never will I go back to this McDonald's.

Make sure that you get a receipt when you pay! I ordered two sausage muffins, hash brown and coffee....paid at the window then moved to the pickup window where they asked if I ordered sausage biscuits, I replied no. They said my card didnt go through and I have to pay again. Paid again and left...later found out I was charged twice but the restaurant is closed so you cannot speak to anyone to fix the problem and the lady in drive thru asked if I have a receipt.

I sat in line for exactly 14 minutes they forgot some of my food and this was approximately 9:15 at night. I drove away not realizing that they didn't give me my child's Happy meal went back through the line and the gentleman at the window said oh I think you forgot the Happy meal I said to them no you forgot to give it to me I have had horrible times there when it is past 8:00 in the evening so if you want to go there go before then because the customer service is wonderful after that find someplace else
