Wendy's

This Wendy's is unprofessional and unsanitary. First, the employees should putting their hair up or back, hairnets, etc. , employees are wearing sweat pants, flip flops, just unprofessional. They looked like a bunch of hobos. The guys making the food taking no pride in their work, slopping the sandwiches together barely in the wrapper. The food is cold and not very good especially when I think about the mess it was made in. Who knows how the counters actually looked. There was so much garbage on the floor where employees are working, and the bathrooms were nasty. I'm thinking they have to have some slow time, but when I looked up, the TV was playing football. I've never seen that before. Who is running this store? Normally, I get attitudes from the employees, but today that was okay. People pay money to eat there and I don't understand how no one in this company finds an issue with this. This Wendy' is freeway accessible meaning people from different locations will stop, and why not give them a great experience from our Geneva Ohio location? 'll spend my money elsewhere.

I would give minus stars if I could. Went through the drive thru and ordered a sour cream baked potato snd small chili. The picture is what the baked potato looked like, brown and disgusting. No sour cream or butter in bag. Chili was only half full and luke warm. Both went in the garbage. Waited 20 minutes in line and waited 3 minutes for the person to take my order.

The quality of food and service drops mid afternoon. I am at 6 out of 7 times having the wrong order... granted, the 7th was an order for a frosty. Make sure you open your sandwiches and inspect what they give you. If you ordered a salad, the "full" salads are now the size of a side salad and they dont give you utensils or dressing...you have to stop at the grocery store for those. French fries seem to be on point each time I had visited.

Waited 40 minutes in drive thru for cold nuggets, hard burger buns and missing sandwiches. Ask for our money back and she took the food and slammed the door in our face. With no refund. Absolutely appalling behavior by the staff. Very rude and disrespectful. Apparently I need to call corporate in order to get my money back.

Very unprofessional and rude. Sometimes coming home from work in the afternoon I stop and get food if its late and they always forget something, sometimes the whole meal is wrong or I get 2 drinks and they give me one straw, not to mention the wait is always ridiculously long and they food never seems to be fresh. People wait for a long wait so the food should be hot and everything needs to be remembered to put in bag.

The staff at this Wendy's is downright rude! Asked for ketchup because the dispenser was out and I got a handful literally thrown down on the tray then had to ask for mayo and was outright told NO. Not only did they act like they didn't want to be at work, they looked like they crawled out of bed and went to work.
