Kfc

Love KFC food but still having the ever present problem with wait times that have plagued them in my area for years now. Converted to Popeyes years back because I got so tired of KFC telling me that it would be a 10-15 minute wait time for my order. Thought I would go by and give them another chance tonight because I wanted to try their new chicken sandwich. Placed my order for 6 chicken sandwiches and ,wouldn't you know, they had me pull to the side and 10 minutes later brought me the sandwiches. No sorry about the delay, no thank you and have a great night. My last venture to KFC.

1st visit,Wife ordered our Food,I drove there,entered Store,saw Pickup Area,wasn't greeted by Staff behind counter. Saw our Name on Package,looked at list,headed home. Upon arrival Wife adv that 8 PC Dark is MISSING! Told her to call,while I was returning to Store. Brought our Pkg back in,showed them. They said I picked up the Bag,didn't see the Bucket! Gave me a Fresh Bucket of Chicken,headed home. Finally had what Wife ordered. Frustrated about making 2 trips,BUT they made it right in the end!

Forget the Service, they clearly don't give a rip. Went to order and dealt with someone who clearly hates their job. Kept asking what else before I could barely finish the first order. Ordered first meal wanted a different side which he fixed with a quick what else. Ordered a family meal that says 3 large sides said what else I said well it comes with 3 large sides right yeah what else. I get you might be unhappy, but being rude and not giving a rip tells me exactly how your going to serve my food and God knows what care is placed in it. Never Again! I'll take my business where one I'm treated with some sort of respect, and 2 I don't have to worry about what your putting in my food cuz your having a Bad day.
