Years ago this was quite the spectacle to behold watching the donuts being made in an open kitchen ..my oldest son had a birthday here and it was quite special..a little disappointed to see it's all been scaled down and the kitchen closed off .. surely this was a major selling point of the business? Shame ..but great donuts and coffee and friendly staff 💯😊

My happy place! Super large selection of heavenly tasting donut treats.
I always bring the kids here for a little treat for them & myself if I am honest. Sometimes granny comes too.
Spoilt for choice with the wide range of special donuts. Coffee also on point. Friendly welcoming staff.

Just visited to pick up some doughnuts for a birthday party. We happened to mention that we hadn't been able to order online for the Newcastle branch via the app. The staff member who served us (Carly) was absolutely fantastic at taking this comment and saying she would feed it back, so proactive!
The staff member was so polite and seemed to be very happy in her job, which came across in the way she served us, also advising us of offers in the app.
Our visit was an early Sunday morning. The store was quite quiet and very clean and bright.

Fabulous. Greeted with not just a smile but friendly chat. Great selection available and a nice combo deal. The place was immaculately clean including the toilet. Purchased more donuts to take home just because the staff were so friendly. 11/2/2022 @ 21.30.
