Wingstop

Today is my birthday so I ordered my food online. I was happy the food was ready and rushed home to eat. The fries were so dark they tasted burnt. I ordered ALL flats and paid the additional fee and out of 15 wings I only had 3 flats and I HATE drumsticks. I also had less than 15 wings I had to wait almost 30 minutes to get another order. The person that I think was the manager NEVER offered me anything extra for their mistake and looked irritated that I brought the food back. My 3rd and LAST time eating here. Another patron came in and had a problem with his order as well. There were three females I only had contact with two of them and one mail. He was the nicest . I never got an apology and offer to make things right nothing. Got the food home on the second round and wished I had just asked for my money back. The fries were still dark as hell and the chicken was subpar at best. NsEVER EVER AGAIN!!!

Waited on hold for 15 minutes as I drove there to place an order. Walked in still on hold. One customer was looking at the menu. Otherwise, there was nothing to keep them from picking up the phone. Then I noticed the guy preparing food that had his waist band of his pants below his a**. No thanks. I wont be back. Update: I was wrong. I tried going again. First, I stood at the counter for several minutes and was ignored by the staff who were chatting and laughing in the kitchen. Finally a young "man" slowly approached and just stood there staring at me with no greeting and saying nothing. He finally said "the name" and stared at me as if he despised the thought of dealing with me. I went elsewhere and got better wings and much better service. Think its time for the franchise owner of this place to get an awakening.

Well I stopped in to get some wings. But I couldn't hear myself thinking from the loud gangster music. Just the cussing and the foul language would run alot of customers off. If they would just turn it down it would be ok. Stood there and waited no one came up to the counter to help me. No one else was in the store . I guess they was having a fun time in the back just laughing and cutting up. I won't be back and I'll spread the word about this terrible Wingstop

The fries were soggy & the wings were not even crispy. Both seemed slightly undercooked. 2-3 more minutes in the grease would've been appreciated. The lemon pepper wings were dry with unflavored oil lurking in the tray. I tried the loaded fries ( too sauces & cajun seasoning is quite a load on soggy fries but far from the "load" I've seen on other fries that claim to be loaded). The drink machine didn't have the right mix of syrup, as a result, tasted so bland. Should've went to uncle Charles or Auntie Trisha's (ANY local establishment)

There is always a problem at this store they never answer the phone their wings are always dry so I stopped ordering from them tonight on March 2nd my daughter ordered from them a 8 piece combo and they showed her on her wings so I came by to get them and I told the manager he says he is that you showed it my daughter her wings I gave him the name he said I did not short her I said whether you did personally or not this is the establishment that you're working at you climb into a manager and her wings were short so I guess he got upset and wanted me to wait outside which is fine I did and he still said he will fix the wings tell me it will be 15 minutes he claims that they do not have a general manager. Always a terrible experience so that's why I stopped ordering. They really need better management. This Franchise has really gone downsince they opened
