Sake Express

Everything was over cooked. Unfortunately we door dashed—Even at home if I had overcooked food to this level, I would have just tossed it. You can see in pictures the burnt hibachi noodles. steak and shrimp noodles—all over cooked. I’m giving one star because the sushi was actually good. Now I STILL need to figure out something for dinner.

I absolutely love this place! They’re quick, affordable, and the food tastes awesome! They also have a variety of food choices that a lot of other hibachi places don’t offer. I particularly like the salmon and the flounder. This place is great when you need foods to fill your diet. When I’m in need of protein, I just order a side of chicken or salmon and they give pretty big portions for the price. Definitely recommend this place!

Did drive up pick up for Teriyaki Chicken and Hibachi Chicken June 30 about 5:25 pm. These are usually good. But this food was not hot, the meat had no taste and the rice was hard and not completely cooked, although a lot of rice. The carrots and mushrooms were good but servings were paltry for the price and much smaller than usual. We will not be back here for awhile.

This place has such bad service!!!!!! Probably won’t be eating here again!!! Gave me the wrong order I called the store to tell the manger she was soo disrespectful!!! I live 30 min away from the restaurant!! Asked her about refunding some of my money considering I had a child at home expecting to eat!! And she refused.. this place is soo unorganized and also spraying chemicals while food is being prepared!!! I’m soo unhappy with this experience!!! I used to love coming to sake but I think there needs to be better staff with respect!! 😡😡😡 do better people…also my food shouldn’t be flipped over in a bag either causing my shrimp sauce to bust open inside the bag all over my plates!!!

Ordered in the drive thru and the girl taking my order repeated it back to me at least 5 times (I had to correct her every time) to the point I was questioning if there was something wrong with her mic or maybe her? I got home (30 mins away) to find the order was so wrong I couldn’t do anything but laugh. Asked for white rice, got fried, asked for only onions & broccoli (paid extra for broccoli?) and that’s all. The food came with carrots, mushrooms (asked specifically not to since I’m allergic), zucchini and onions. No broccoli. So I tossed $15 worth of food because a girl that works there doesn’t have basic comprehension skills. But that’s on me since I should have checked before leaving. I guess I was just tired of waiting for over 15 min s for “fast food”.
