Every single item I order from this Burger King was COLD not to mention I order my original chicken and asked for extra Mayo and extra lettuce I was charged extra for it and they gave me NOT A LICK OF EXTRA i called no answer what so ever food is supposed to be fresh and hot obviously you’ll have lazy workers just shut the entire Burger King down

Orders are almost always wrong or burned to a crisp. Was in the drive thru line 10min before they closed, and they let me and 4 other cars sit until it was closing time instead of just saying they can't serve us. I get if you're short staffed and can't do everything, but can I be informed? The employee saw us drive in and line up. The drive thru is impossible to leave once you're in it, so I had to wait until the cars ahead gave up.

I try to patronize my community, but what I was served is ridiculous. The hamburger was under cooked two grill lines which I thought they grilled the meat. My burger was grey not brown!! The chicken was dry like it was re-cooked. A Burger King Lover no more!!!

Worst one I been to so far, every time I come here they take years to take orders in the drive thru you’ll be sitting there 30 mins before they try to take an order I usually just pull off after 5 minutes of waiting at the speaker Smfh makes no sense for them to be that lazy and ignorant. I give them a -5 stars

Literally just ordered 10 minutes ago. I orderd a number 1 whopper with cheese, no lettuce no tomatos and this is what i got. 8 dollars and 12 cents for absolutely nothing. Also, ordered a large coke, i received a large sprite. I also ordered a large fry, and got a small one. Obviously i should have checked my bag but i figured how simple the order was, they were smart enough to make it correctly. Ridiculous. 8 dollars for nothing i wanted!

They were wayyyy better than the one on 61st by long johns silver....do not go there if you can help it stick with this one on Grant St....it's clean in there and the customer service is great....

Darn good service depending on who's working the shift. ( The one Male manager, ( the black guy ) runs a tight ship and everything is A - 1 when he is working )
