Chili's

I ordered the meal for $25. It came with an appetizer, 2 entrees and a dessert. I ordered the TX cheese fries (half.) For the entrees we got the 2 - 6 oz classic sirloin steak with smashed potatoes, broccoli and smashed potatoes and Mexican rice (rice was ok- too dry for my taste). For the finale, we ordered the skillet chocolate chip cookie with 1 scoop of ice cream on top. It was so freaking good! I will definitely be going back.

I had a not so friendly experience here. We had to wait thirty minutes for a table when half of the restaurant was totally empty. Our waiter was unfriendly, short, and to the point. Not welcoming or making us feel like he cared about us at all. My steak wasn’t overly flavorful or juicy. My husband’s corn on the cob was total mush and not overly appetizing looking. The white queso, bomb. So good and so much!!

First off, request Daniel as your server if you want the best restaurant service possible. The dude is on his game. We have had him as our server a couple times. Secondly, if you are worried about catching the "Coof", this place is may not be for you. Was a packed house! Was so lively and fun though. We ordered from the special 2 for $25 menu and used our free salsa and chips coup from our Chili's weekly sms message. If you select the 2 for 25 menu, for desert choose the hot skillet cookie if you are eating IN house. If you are taking desert TO GO get the cheesecake. Our server Daniel, is the one who suggested this brilliant idea!! We had so much food... We ordered 2 kids menus and our 4 and 5 year old could not finish their portions. The kids menu has fruit options and healthier drink options as well.( If you have a couple of toddlers, 1 kids meal is plenty for the 2 of them if you go with the cheeseburgers and salad or fries.)We love the half order of ribs special with fries and seasoned corn. Was a fun night out.

I was expecting poor service. Arriving at 11:30 a.m. there were few customers and few employees. About an hour later the crowd started picking up. Our waitress was spectacular. She offered some of the finest service I have had in a long time. When I was asked to meet there I was not thrilled but I am very happy I agreed to do so. The food was fabulous, my glass continuously stayed full and the waitress was very tentative. I definitely will return.

The food was good. About what I expect from Chili's. However, we were at this chili's for over an hour. The food we ordered was NOT complicated, and yet we had to wait way longer than we should have. I have been to multiple other Chili's locations, and the service has never been this bad. The waiter interrupted us when we were ordering multiple times. I'm not sure if it was him as a person, or if he was just very busy, but beware you may not receive the friendliest experience at this location. The food was good, the service was not so much.

First time visiting since Covid. We used to like it here as they maintained a clean and professional restaurant but ugh, things have gone downhill. Our server was friendly but not a good waiter. He took a long time to take our order and only came back once, refilled half the glasses at the table and walked away. The food was okay, burger was overcooked but okay. Fries were soggy. Place looks rundown. The bathroom was disgusting. Outside has damage. Staff not wearing masks and mask policy not enforced. This is the management just not caring.
