I called to place an order for pickup since the mobile app doesn’t offer “extra thick” as an option, the girl said they weren’t taking over the phone orders so I asked how do I order them extra thick through mobile app, she said order extra fruits (which are 75 cents extra on app but in person you order extra thick with no charge???) order through app anyways the way she asked, I get there and stand in front of mobile order sign and no one has acknowledged or said anything so I was nice and waited for people to order then proceeded to ask the cashier if our drinks were ready. Nope. Not only did we have to wait behind all the other people who ordered in store but our drinks weren’t extra thick as requested and they were super watered down and flavorless. $8 for a drink that is grossing me out. I ordered a Caribbean passion, it should be a dark orange color. First and last time at this location, I should have checked the reviews first.

I came here at 6pm to on tuesday to get a juice. The great greens juice. The girls told me that they were not making juice right now because they already cleaned the machine. I asked what time they close they said 9pm. They said this was a policy. They said that the juicer takes a long time to clean and has to sit 12 hours. I asked if this was at other jamba juice they said they did not know. This is very upsetting to me. How could you stop selling juice 3 hours before the store closes. I do not understand this. Please explain or do something about you workers who just want to leave work early. What type of service is this for well known company.

I liked this Jamba Juice. I liked to sit out on the patio and watch Shoppers go by and people argue in the parking lot. Hahaha. Lots of fun. But recently I was there and when I walked in a warm Stench hit my nose and it was almost intolerable. I ordered my drink and immediately went outside for fresh air to wait for it. Smelled like maybe something had rotted. I haven't been back since but I will return. I believe it was an isolated incident. I hope!!

I go here regularly, I give them five stars but there’s no reason to be single staffing a single teenage looking girl with this location at noon to one pm. The management needs called out if they were in the back during my order because this poor girl was on registers and making smoothies. SMH get it together.

Wow what can I say, Terrible service!! 4th and last time visiting this location every time I go into this specific location they are always out of something rather its large cups, or bananas to chocolate. I visited 10 18 2021 and a very skinny rude girl talks out loud like customers are not present and complains like it's the consumers fault they do not want to substitute, some one needs to remind her consumers are the reason why she can get hours to earn a check. This is what happens when you put young people in charge poor service and low accountability!

5 minutes standing in front of the staff at mobile order, they finally ask if I had an order. I gave them my name and they say hold on, another 7 minutes pass, they forgot I was there. And apparently my order was done that whole time sitting in the back. I work in customer service, that was horrible. 6/11/21- have this place another try and ordered ahead, the 2 girls there again didn't acknowledge me again. They can look at the video, I had to ask the girl for my drinks that were just sitting there. At Starbucks they ask once u get there. They should work on customer service at this jamba juice
