The 1⭐ is for the carhop. We were placing our order, and we're asked "any thing else!", we repeat our order she says rudely, "I already got that!" We explain its not on the screen, and we continue to order, meal orders, and the intercom is quiet... We're saying hello? Hello? And out comes the carhop with only our drinks. I explain to her we were still ordering, she says she's sorry but you have to push the button and order again and that's just the way "The Managers are".
👎Terrible service.

I got an ultimate meat and cheese. Horrible horrible all the meat in there was hard as a rock and the customer service was horrible! Hate that employees think it’s okay to send food out like this and be rude on top of it. I am a GM so yes I know how it is but I can promise you they wouldn’t be working for me:

Got in line at the drive thru, waited in line for about 40 minutes. Never got any service than just drove off. This was at the Shiprock Sonics on June 1st 2022

An order of fries wasn’t added and and onion rings were burnt. They told me they couldn’t give me another order of fries and they took the onion rings to make sure I wasn’t lying (I guess). Second onion rings, burnt again! Service sucked and people had been driving off due to long wait.

Waited for 20 min. No service was provided, pushed service button 6 times, no response, I asked one of the waitresses about the speaker, it working she said with out a by your leave, I had to go next resturuant, I got served there less than 5 minutes.
I will not bother with Sonics from now on

It's just like any Sonic. I don't rate fast food places differently than others, so most fast food is three stars and below unless there's something amazing about a particular place. This one they were kind of rude over the intercom but it is what it is. At least they were better than the cracker barrel where we waited 45 minutes to wait 15 minutes to not even have a waiter to stop by and say hello.

It’s good for what it is. Very affordable fast food. Everything in our order for 6 people was correct, which can be iffy sometimes. Driving up was fun and great for people who don’t want to mess around strapping four kids and two adults into masks to go order a meal.

Sonic is one of my family’s favorite to order to enjoy the food and drinks and most the ice cream is ok. The workers are really great and fast
