Staff was great. The room very clean and I slept good with a comfortable mattress. I will stay again when in Gallup NM.

This mall is stuck in the 19th century. Needs remodeling, restrooms are gross. This mall needs to be torn down and rebuilt or torn down and made into something else.

This is a joke and shouldn't even be called a mall.! There's a few shoe/sports stores jc Penny's , hobby lobby( which is the highlight )and about 2 dining restraunts were open. I seen more action in the local Walmart. Avoid this place unless u want hobby lobby or jc Penny's . The decour is late 70s style and has never been updated.

Rio West Mall is half empty. No that many named retail stores to choose from. There's Penney, Maurices, Finishline, Footlocker, Journeys, Shoe Dept, Rue 21, and Hobby Lobby just to name a few big retailers. The mall is really run down but that's just my opinion.
