Food is excellent and reasonably priced. Quick, friendly service. Refried beans are how they should be. Actual beans instead of a puree.

I order the breakfast burrito my way!
Bacon, sausage and ham. I have them put their salsa inside my burrito. I, ask for 2 sunny side up eggs. It's smothered with Christmas. This is the best. they should call it "RAMON SPECIAL"

This hole in the wall, is an actual hole in the wall. Nice folks, good food. The place doesn't look like much. Don't expect quick service. They might be brewing more coffee so don't be in a rush. Did I mention, nice folks and good food?

Great place, simple but full of care, flavor and friendliness. The red and green chili and chorizo were more flavorful than I've had anywhere. Had them with the breakfast burrito and it was delicious. Its obvious the owners really care about what they do and their patrons

5 stars isn’t enough for this little piece of southwest heaven. We stopped here coming from the east coast traveling to the Grand Canyon and the experience was perfection. The food was hot and delicious, service was quick and exceptional. We ordered three breakfast burritos between the two of us and couldn’t even finish them all. We will be visiting Maria’s Restaurant every chance we get to come out west. 10/10 recommend and will go again.

We absolutely adore this restaurant. Cozy, family-owned, and delicious. Maria is amazingly friendly and welcoming. The food is remarkable. We loved the breakfast burritos and everything else we ate! You must stop here when you're in Gallup. If not, you're missing out on a one of a kind experience. Maria makes the red and green chile every single morning before they open and you can taste the love in this wonderful food. I'd give it a million stars if I could.

We always try to eat at Maria’s on our way through from Illinois to AZ. It is our favorite authentic Mexican restaurant!!! The green chili and beans keep us coming back, but we love everything we have eaten here. Maria is so sweet and the staff is very friendly as well. And we love the local atmosphere.
