Pizza Hut North # 12944

The pizza was great. The boneless wings were a bit gristley. Ran out of blue cheese and replaced it with ranch which is fine, but should have asked first. Asking to tip BEFORE service is rendered defeats the purpose of a tip. Nevertheless, the driver was prompt and a super nice kid. I should have caught his name because he was very respectful and sweet.

Ordered online, couldn't believe how fast it was for them to notify me it was out for delivery. Once I opened the box I realized the pizza was undercooked and hand tossed very thin also ordered extra cheese,can't seem to find any cheese on it. It appeared the crust didn't rise or something went wrong, it wasn't even a brown color. 2 stars for fast delivery and pleasant delivery gal. For almost $30.00 with tip this was a huge disappointment.

Had to download app to get an order, no problem. Paid with my card no problem. Bank charged for the order no problem. Drive around to window to get order, problem !!!! Bank card charged, order never made it to the hut, spoke with manager Area problem!! Showed her the charge to my card to their store number , sorry nothing I can do ! It didn't come to our screen ! I told her I would give her an opportunity to make it right, nothing she could or would do. I haven't been to a Pizza Hut in 14-16 months, never again ! Went to Fratelli's instead, shoulda done it from the start. Adios Pizza Hut, not gonna be in business long with theses issues !!!! Owner Robert Dunn
