Decent service, great burgers, below average fries and great shakes. Their choice in flooring is suspect. I always feel like the tiles are greased -- super slippery.

I think this is one of the better burger places in the area, especially if you're looking for a little more variety than 5 guys. They also have great shoe string style fries. Quality can vary a little bit, and the price is also not particularly low for what is effectively fast food.

Best burgers! They are on the small size, but are a perfect proportion if you want some of their fries too. Buns are really good, I love that the burgers are on the medium side of doneness, and I will be going back.

I have been to this location in Downtown Crown multiple times and the food and service has always been consistent. The menu has a lot of variety and the burgers are tasty. I ordered the Classic Smash with a side of haystack onions this trip and I would choose a different burger next time. I have had the Truffle Mushroom, and Avocado Club before, which I found to be better than the Classic. The Classic was a good burger but it had nothing special about it. I would rather order one of the more unique options if I come here. The side onions are my favorite. They are super thin and crisp, making them different than a lot of other burger places.

Better than average fast food burger. Don't care for the razor-thin fries, but they are hot and crispy. Friendly staff and a good menu.

Food was excellent, service was even better. They also lent a helping hand because I'm not from the area and helped me find my way home and the closest bus stop! You have an amazing crew.

Good burgers but this place was closed at 9:48p when they're supposed to be open until 10p.

The food here is decent and decently priced, most of the time. Some of the burgers and chicken sandwiches are smashed so flat, they're almost paper thin. I know that's they're signature thing, but it makes the food feel cheaper sometimes. The milkshakes are good and there's ample parking in the garage right next door.
