Domino's Pizza

This place is the bomb in service and personality. I got a great deal to go eat with my friends while they were fixing cars. I walked in, was greeted with a smile, shared some jokes and laughs and it really turned my day into a better one. Its refreshing to joke with " people that get it". Thanks super awesome dudes!

Domino's guarantee is worthless. We placed an order for delivery and didn't get the icing that comes with the dessert. We called back and were told they would bring it back out. They didn't show up. Now, they are saying we can come pickup a new order or pay a delivery fee for them to make our order correctly. This is according to the manager Jake and general manager Ryan Myers. I will be disputing the transaction since we didn't get what we paid for. At this point, we don't trust the product, their team, or brand. We are definitely disappointed in Domino's.

One of the bad Dominos I’ve experienced. Today I ordered their new Chicken Taco Pizza with an Alfredo chicken bread bowl pasta and a side of jalapeños. Originally it was suppose to be delivered across the street to the Holiday inn but it was quoted at 1 hour! I called and they stated it was going to be up to an 1:30 hrs! Crazy! I went up to the store and asked for a refund for the tip and the delivery fee. No problem, until the young man on the register walked over to the make line and GRAB MY JALAPEÑOS FROM THE MAKE LINE WITH HIS BARE HANDS! Mind you it’s okay that ingredients get bare hand contact because they go into a 500 degree oven but, my jalapeños were a side item. I denied to pay for the Jalapeños and wanted a refund for those. I later get back to my hotel and all of my food is COLD! If I knew that it was better to carry out I would of but the convenience factor was to have it delivered because I didn’t want to go out! I’m not from the area to get “store credit” or a refund. Just BEWARE BECAUSE THIS IS A BAD DOMINOS! FYI I live in Atlanta, GA!

Ordered my pizza at 4:45pm and it didn’t arrive until 6:30pm. I called about 45 mins into the wait and asked what the deal was and if the food would be hot. Was told it was on a hot rack. The gal on the phone was rude and not super helpful. When the food finally came-it was in fact hardly even lukewarm. Overall not a good experience!

Today one of your driver failed to yield while turning into your store.She was driving a grey Toyota When she pulled in front of me she flicked me off. I was going to let it go but once I pulled into the dollar general she stood there yelling at me in front the store trying to escalate the situation. Not one to put a review but I wouldn’t want that kind of employee working for me and I will not be ordering from you guys bc of that!
