Anna K and her co-worker ignored me while shifting weirdly behind the counter for a good 3-5 minutes” I guess she’s just going to stay there”… yes. Because I’m trying to place an order. Then proceeded to complain that my drink had too many steps to make to her co-worker right in front of me. I honestly kept thinking,.. surly she’s joking. Hopefully she was. Either way. This is not acceptable in front of someone who’s giving you money.

Hello? Is there anybody in there? Just nod if you can hear me... Is there anyone at home? C'mon now, we think you're closing down. Well, you can ease our pain, get the drive thru open again... Seriously, the baristas are incredible, their drinks rock but we never know when you're gonna be open. You may be suddenly closed for a week straight or just a few random days, here or there. All this with NO prior notification to your extremely loyal customers. C'mon guys, please treat us better than this. I would normally give 5 stars but under the current circumstances, i must advise all customers to call this location before stopping by.

This location has the worse customer service. They are super slow, there is no sense of urgency during the morning rush. People that were in line were walking out. I arrived at 7:40am and left at 8:10am and there were only 3 people ahead of me. The reason I stayed was because I work nearby and was already running late because of them, otherwise I would have left. Both the cashier and the barista were extremely slow. The cashier forgot someone's sandwich he was waiting longer than I was! In my opinion they are probably losing money and not making money due to lack of urgency. This coming from a manager's point of view.
