Lazy good for nothing staff/management. Any other location is fine. This main street 10th ave location, though, not a single employee in the building worth the money they get paid to prepare fast food.

They burnt my white cheddar bites, but Mrs salad was perfect and my strips were delicious. Service was great.

It was disgusting. The white cheddar bites were really greasy. They tasted like they were sitting under the light for hours and they popped them back in the grease to get them hot, but the cheese was still solidified. I ordered the house salad to go with it and I took 2 bites when I found some kind of DEAD MOSQUITO or whatever kind of bug it was I took a picture. I'm going to post it. They slacking

Always forgets at least one thing in my order. Not to mention when you ask for sauce, they give you the tiny cup 1/4 of the away empty basically. I pay extra for sauces so please give me my moneys worth. I save it after I eat it because you guys don’t sell it. Nuclear please

Service is sometimes slow but usually the food is really good. Especially the chicken tenders and their sauce.

Food is good when the place is open. The dining room still has never been open as long as I've been in Gainesville, and the entire store has been closed more times than I can count. Even at normal hours, like 7 or 8pm, I'll pull in and it'll just be closed. I really try to go here a lot, but I literally can't because its closed. Real bummer
