Cold nasty fry’s… burnt my bun. Almost inedible from the taste. ordered a deluxe spicy chicken it had 3 drops of spicy sauce no lettuce no tomato. Not to mention barely warm chicken that was sooo dry. Last time I came there was a beard hair in my cheeseburger. It’s another problem every time I come

I have visited this McDonald's 3 Saturdays in a row and no orange juice. I asked why, I was told the employees keep breaking the machine.... Get your friggin orange juice machine fixed PLEASE... Also my chicken biscuit was dry and hard my last visit. All the other times is was freshly cooked. Please do better.

Poor customer service. Food was cold and we waited on it for over 30 minutes. That was part for everyone in there. Customers got tired of waiting to be helped and walked out! It was ridiculous. No, how can I help you? Or we'll be right with you, they just ignored people. I know it's just a McDonald's but that was ridiculous. Only one worker was nice and she didn't have a name tag on so I didn't get her name.

Food is never consistent. Occasionally the fries are hot, crispy and delicious but most of the time the fries are lukewarm, soggy and limp like they haven't been cooked for enough time and they've been sitting for a while. This location seems to make up their own rules, sometimes the dining room is open and sometimes it's closed. I drove there after working all Sunday and found a note saying they had closed completely at 5pm!!! Not even a drive thru. And yet they never have these problems at the Burger King just the next road over. The McDonald's associates at this location are lazy and have an "attitude" towards the customers.
